The construction of Royal Garden Residential Park has started

The official groundbreaking of the latest project of Galaxy Investment Group was made on November 7, 2017 by the company‘s CEO Konstantin Boyadzhiev and eng. Ivan Totev, Mayor of Plovdiv.
The event was attended by officials, the Mayor of the West region Dimitar Kolev, representatives of the architectural bureau and contractors of the project as well as clients of the investor company.

"Royal Garden is a project by a reputed investor who is responsible for projects that meet all European and world standards in construction." said eng. Totev. He added that Galaxy Investment Group is a long-term partner of Plovdiv Municipality, and through its activity contributes to the improved image of the city, its economic growth and should serve as an example.

"Our company believes in the potential of Plovdiv and for this reason we invest in projects that help the development of the city and the refinement of its infrastructure," Galaxy Investment Group’s CEO Konstantin Boyadzhiev said at the official event. According to him, the transformation of Plovdiv into an increasingly preferred investment destination largely dictates the need to develop more projects to satisfy the growing demand for residential properties in the city. Projects, that would meet the needs of more discerning buyers, oriented towards high quality properties. "I believe that with Royal Garden we will respond to the demand for quality homes in Plovdiv. For us this is a project in which comfort is brought to the fore", added Boyadzhiev.

A ceremony of consecration of the construction was held on the detached work site by Father Georgi, who blessed the site with a wish to lay strong foundations that would be the basis for a happy life, health and prosperity for future residents.
During the official opening, Konstantin Boyadzhiev broke a bottle of champagne on the excavator, which broke ground on the site.

The residential park will consist of two L-shaped buildings with seven residential floors, a ground floor with single and double garages and underground parking. The apartments are spacious with excellent distribution and 2.85 m of headroom. From the south-east side of the buildings, vast terraces with fascinating panoramic views of the Youth Hill will be built. The residential park will have a large, beautiful garden.
