Royal Garden residential park is among the most prestigious complexes in the city of Plovdiv due to its location, modern architecture and quality of execution. It is located in the "Recreation and Culture" district, next to Mall Plovdiv and only a 10-minute walk from the Rowing Canal.

The thickness of the floor slabs is 24 cm. The external enclosing walls of the basement are made of waterproof concrete additionally secured with two layers of SBS bituminous waterproofing membrane Venus FC. The floor enclosing masonry is 25 cm thick from Wienerberger Porotherm 25 brick blocks. The internal partitions are made from Wienerberger Porotherm 25 and Wienerberger Porotherm 12 brick blocks.

Effective thermal insulation materials and those with a fire reaction class, standardized for the corresponding degree of fire resistance, are used, and the last two floors will be completed with a ventilated facade with HPL.

The high-end Schüco AW CT 72 window system was chosen, which is an innovative solution with a balanced ratio between an elegant design, narrow profile widths and a low heat transfer coefficient. This is a guarantee of year-round optimal energy efficiency and comfort in every apartment.
Additional "smart home" wiring is laid. A system of filters will be built, removing the presence of solid particles in the drinking water and improving its taste qualities. For residents' security, installation of water sensors is planned as part of the flood prevention system. Heating is provided by the thermal power plant, and for the distribution of hot water, a central system will be built from the subscriber's office for each building and an additional possibility of power supply with individual boilers.

The interior of the common areas relies on clean shapes and a modern look. Each entrance is realized according to a design project and impresses with its vision and the feeling of luxury and comfort upon entering the buildings.

Royal Garden is a gated community offering a many amenities and services that contribute to a well-rounded lifestyle. There will be 24-hour security with controlled access and video surveillance. An optical connection and a video intercom system will be built, parking spaces and garages will be provided. The complex will have year-round maintenance of the common areas and the garden.
