Office Park Plovdiv will be built in two phases, each with total floorage of 9 676 sq.m. Phase 1 is already completed and consists of a ground floor and six office levels with usable area of 1 110 sq.m per office floor. Gross leasable area (GLA) of office space is 6 660 sq. m, GLA of 770 sq.m on ground floor. Phase 2 will be a semi-detached building with Phase 1. Office space floors allow office sizes from 250 sq.m to 1 110 sq. m.
Amenities include property management, restaurant, cafe, retail, recreation areas, ground level and underground parking lots.
In the entrance to the staircase that serves the building, there are three elevators, two of which are designed to 9 persons, and the third to 15 persons, is suitable for disabled people. Technical premises are available in the entrance to the staircase.
Dimensional decision is based on simple and clear forms, meeting the intended use of the building. The facades are glazed, which provides optimal lighting in the office space. Thick, external, enclosing walls represent a ventilated facade.
Floor granite tiles is used for the interior of common parts, and double-sided flooring, mineral suspended ceilings, combined with a clean modern detail, will be used for the interior of the office space.
