Opportunities for cooperation between Bulgarian and Indian companies were presented at the business forum organized by the Indo-Bulgarian Business Association and the Embassy of India in Sofia. The event was hosted by Galaxy Investment Group. Successful business practices, united in the presentation "Maкe in India", "Success Stories" from Bulgaria and India were shared during the forum. Representatives of more than 50 Bulgarian companies had the opportunity to get acquainted with interesting business opportunities and receive answers to specific questions related to the practical aspects of bilateral business relations. 

"Plovdiv has a good position on the investment map of Europe and we as a leading company are aiming to popularize Bulgaria and Plovdiv to foreign investors," said Konstantin Boyadzhiev, CEO of Galaxy Investment Group. "We are glad that together with the Indo - Bulgarian Business Chamber we have the opportunity to be the host of this forum, which opens up new prospects and business opportunities between the two countries," he commented.

Among the official guests to the event were His Excellency Rajesh Kumar Sachdeva, Ambassador of India in Bulgaria, Borislav Boyanov, president of the Chamber and the Mayor of Plovdiv Ivan Totev.

Plovdiv region is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing in Bulgaria. More and more foreign companies with export orientation concentrate production in the region of Plovdiv. It hosts the largest in the country logistics centers and industrial parks. In recent years, because of its strategic location the area has become a preferred location for foreign investors.
