The interest in industrial areas and the recruitment of high quality office space by outsourcing and IT companies is increasing in recent years in the city of Plovdiv. The trend was noted during the annual conference "The Sound of Money”.
"There are two main factors that make the city attractive. First, the location and second, the skilled workforce that can be found in Plovdiv", said during the conference Konstantin Boyadzhiev, Director of Business Development for Galaxy Investment Group. According to him, the main strategy of the company to find investors is to offer a product that they want. During the forum the investment potential of Bulgaria was discussed as Galaxy Investment Group presented its activities in the field of industrial zones and projects. Available infrastructure and good cooperation with municipal administrations were presented as key to support industrial business in the Plovdiv region.
