The Third annual outsourcing conference was held on June 16, 2016 in Sofia. It brought together over 250 representatives of leading companies in the outsourcing sector, telecoms, financial services providers, specialists and consultants in the field of real estate, facility managers, HR specialists and representatives of universities in Bulgaria.
Outsourcing industry is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic industries in Bulgaria. Our country remains the market leader in Eastern Europe with competitively priced office space, a skilled workforce and improved procedures for starting a business.  Around this opinion were united the conference participants, among whom was Martin Dragoev, Director sales and investment in Galaxy Investment Group.
At a ceremony for the awards of the Bulgarian outsourcing Association, Bulgarian Outsourcing Excellence Awards 2016, Plovdiv was awarded as the best city in Bulgaria for the development of outsourcing business. This is expected to enhance restructuring, relocation and optimization of the outsourcing services market.
Among the main factors for the increased interest in Plovdiv are the universities of the city and the availability of qualified human resources, and the development of the office market. Tenants have specific requirements for office spaces. Besides infrastructure and opportunity for flexible office spaces, they are already paying attention to areas for recreation, available amenities and comfortable environment. The project will be completed in late September, and over 60% of the area is already leased.
