The improving conditions for attracting investors in industrial zones in Bulgaria, and marketing of the advantages of the country as an investment destination were among the topics discussed at the second Annual Conference "Industrial construction and Investments 2017".
"Galaxy Investment Group" presented the project "Industrial Park Markovo", located on the ring road of the city of Plovdiv. The project offers excellent conditions for manufacturing, warehousing, commercial and public service activities. The plots are located on a total area of 158,000 sq.m, and the ability to merge and split in a plot depending on the requirements of the prospective investor was particularly highlighted. Particular attention was paid to the extremely convenient and attractive location, near the Trakia highway, Customs Plovdiv, Plovdiv airport and intermodal terminal. There is infrastructure, internal road system is under construction, and the possibility of gasification contributes to greater efficiency in future proceedings.
Flexible schemes for developing of the area were also presented, including construction projects in specific terms of reference.
The conference participants presented the current projects in the sector and shared the view that the economic zones should offer a comprehensive product and services, facilitating investors.
