For another year, Galaxy Investment Group supported the largest real estate conference in Bulgaria – BALREC 2024, which took place on November 6 at Sofia Event Center. The event annually gathers leading investors, financial institutions, consultants, and experts in the sector to discuss topics focusing on the investment environment in the key market segments: office, retail, residential, hotels, as well as the growing alternative assets.

Konstantin Boyadzhiev, Director at Galaxy Investment Group, participated in the discussion panel „The Megatrends 2024: Assets, values, prospects, vision and new business models.“, where all participants emphasized on the real estate market segments that are most likely to benefit from the current economic environment, and what factors make them particularly attractive to investors.

The conference also addressed topics related to the new understandings of workspaces and the reinforcement of sustainable and flexible office spaces, the repositioning of the retail sector, and the growing demand for residential buildings and complexes that enhance the living environment and create value for the society.
