„The warehouses in Benkovski and Stryama are effectively managed and more than 90% are leased”. This was announced by Hristo Petkov, from the Sales and Investment Department of Galaxy Investment Group at a seminar on "Market overview of industrial and residential property in the town of Plovdiv and in Plovdiv Region". The event was organized by RE/MAX Bulgaria, BGSKLAD Bulgaria and Industrial Properties Plovdiv and took place on the 14th of October 2015 in Hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv. Market trends and forecasts were the main focus of the event.

In addition to the warehouses Stryama and Benkovski, Hristo Petkov presented Industrial parks Kaloyanovo and Markovo, developed by Galaxy Investment Group. He emphasized on the fact that the projects of the company are developed according to all the requirements of industrial investors. Both industrial parks were given as examples of successfully developed industrial projects.
