The newest modern office building in Plovdiv - Office Park Plovdiv – was opened on the 25th of October. The event was attended by representatives of local government and public administration, financial institutions, consultants in the field of real estate, and business representatives from different sectors. Konstantin Boyadzhiev, СЕО of Galaxy Investment Group, with the Mayor of Plovdiv Ivan Totev, and Martin Dragoev, Director of Investment and sales in the company, cut the ribbon.

"Office Park Plovdiv provides a modern and comfortable working environment. We've got the perfect technical infrastructure, we have chosen the best location and have used undisputed quality in the execution ", - said Konstantin Boyadzhiev, who did not hide his satisfaction with the fact that the project is realized precisely in the town of Plovdiv, which is increasingly favored by industry, businesses and young people.

During the construction, a large part of the building was rented. Two of the biggest Bulgarian companies in the field of information technology will work there - SiteGround and Bulpros. SiteGround are the bearers of the prize for best IT employer in 2015 from AON Bulgaria. Bulpros is the only company in our country represented in the ranking of Deloitte Technology Fast for Central and Eastern Europe. Easy Consult, Javelin Group, and DelaSport joined Office Park Plovdiv along with them. "You can do business for the future and we are waiting to get people who want exactly that. Some of them have already done it", - said Konstantin Boyadzhiev.

The building fully meets the requirements for offices of new generation. It consists of underground parking, ground floor and six office floors each with a total area of 1194 square meters. The chosen location is in the green zone of the city next to the Recreation and Culture Park and the Rowing Canal.
