2 August, 2015, Plovdiv, Bulgaria On 2.08.2015, the foundation slab of Office Park Plovdiv Phase 1 was successfully poured. Over a period of 15 hours 1500m3 of concrete were poured over 170,000kg of reinforcements by two concrete plants working simultaneously. The construction process of the most modern office complex in Plovdiv is running smoothly on schedule.  

17-18 June 2015, Warsaw, Poland Galaxy Investment Group participated in CEE Real Estate Summit. The forum took place on 17 – 18 June in Warsaw, Poland and collected investors and consultants from Europe and USA. 15 June, 2015, Sofia On June 15, 2015 in Sofia was held the second annual outsourcing conference. The potential and conditions for the development of the industry nationwide were discussed by Ivan Totev - Mayor of Plovdiv, Dimitar Nikolov - Mayor of Burgas, Martin Dragoev - Investment Manager at Galaxy Investment Group, Georgi Uzunov - Regional Director of Sitel for Germany and Eastern Europe, Iglika Yordanova - CEO of Colliers Bulgaria. Participants agreed that infrastructure, availability of skilled personnel and quality office space are of paramount importance to attract investment interest by the outsourcing industry. As an example, the investment of Galaxy Investment Group in the project "Office Park Plovdiv" was pointed out, which will create excellent conditions for companies in the industry, which in recent months increasingly regard Plovdiv as an investment destination.

Galaxy Investment Group participated in CEE GRI 2015, a forum for real estate, which took place on 1-2 June at Prague, Czech Republic. The conference was held for the tenth consecutive year, with a focus on trends and investment opportunities in the property sector in the CEE region. Participants in this prestigious event include the largest developers, investors and creditors in the region. Meetings were held with leading investors, during which interest in Bulgaria as an investment destination was initiated, setting up the trends in the sector.

19 - 20 May 2015, Zurich, Switzerland Galaxy Investment Group presented its investment projects at the Investment Management Exhibition 2015 in Zurich, Switzerland. The forum was held on 19 to 20 May 2015. It brought together government institutions, executives and senior management of companies working in the field of property investments. Within the event was held the conference "Business and investment in Southeast Europe." Bulgaria was presented as an investment destination by Stamen Yanev, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Investment Agency.

12-13 May 2015, hotel Kempinski, Sofia The interest in industrial areas and the recruitment of high quality office space by outsourcing and IT companies is increasing in recent years in the city of Plovdiv. The trend was noted during the annual conference "The Sound of Money”. "There are two main factors that make the city attractive. First, the location and second, the skilled workforce that can be found in Plovdiv", said during the conference Konstantin Boyadzhiev, Director of Business Development for Galaxy Investment Group. According to him, the main strategy of the company to find investors is to offer a product that they want. During the forum the investment potential of Bulgaria was discussed as Galaxy Investment Group presented its activities in the field of industrial zones and projects. Available infrastructure and good cooperation with municipal administrations were presented as key to support industrial business in the Plovdiv region.
