The high-end Schüco AW CT 72 window system was chosen, which is an innovative solution with a balanced ratio between an elegant design, narrow profile widths and a low heat transfer coefficient. This is a guarantee of year-round optimal energy efficiency and comfort in every apartment. Additional "smart home" wiring is laid. A system of filters will be built, removing the presence of solid particles in the drinking water and improving its taste qualities. For residents' security, installation of water sensors is planned as part of the flood prevention system. Heating is provided by the thermal power plant, and for the distribution of hot water, a central system will be built from the subscriber's office for each building and an additional possibility of power supply with individual boilers.
