Pamporovo is one of the largest winter resorts in Bulgaria. It is located in the heart of the Rhodopes at 1650 m above sea level at the foot of Snezhanka peak.
The slopes of the resort have a total length of about 60 km, suitable for skiing, snowboarding, sledding and freeride, as well as cross-country ski trails. The climate is favorable for tourism, the average temperature is 8 °С, the snow cover lasts more than 150 days a year, and the sunny days are 270.
There is a ski school it Pamporovo with more than 100 highly qualified instructors. The resort is equipped with modern lift facilities and snow machines for optimal snow cover.
The plot for sale is located in the central part of the resort, near the ski slopes, next to the hotel "Evridika", overlooking the slope on which are located the hotels "Orlovets" and "Perelik".
